Moon over the Missouri

The sky was clear last evening in Omaha when the much-heralded "super moon" rose above the city. Here, walkers on the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge over the Missouri River were treated to a view of its appearance just above the horizon.

I'm so glad you got a photo of that big, beautiful moon! I knew you'd get a spectacular one. I missed seeing it in person because of cloud cover, and by the time the clouds cleared I'd forgotten about it entirely! Thanks for sharing this!

What a fabulous view of the moon from the bridge, and your capture of it is awesome. It has to be the best I have seen to date. genie
