Did I read somewhere that Americans don't eat squash or pumpkin with their evening meal to accompany potato. What do you do with the gourds that abound at this time of the year?
Pulease don't tell me you dump the inside and that the main value is the hollow ... !!
We don't have pumpkins and the only squash we have are speckled and never this brightly orange! I think we're definitely missing something… Especially since I love pumpkin soup!
Beauty of nature! Those pumpkins are forming a lovely Orange Design....
