Sky Watcher

I think this little bird is a member of the flycatcher family. Watched him and some of his flock busily moving through the tree tops early on a spring morning along the Missouri River.

He's a happy little guy, and that blue spring sky would indeed be something to be happy about! Happy Sky Watch!

That's a beautiful skywatcher he/she is -- this time of evening I can no longer guarantee proper spelling!

So very darling. Wonderful, excellent photograph. I can see his feet over the twig too.
According to my inexpert interpretation of the drawings in the GOLDEN Birds of North America, this is indeed a flycatcher - a Yellow-bellied flycatcher Genus Eastern Empidonax.
